How do I apply to be a Jubilee Fund Program Partner (loan recipient)?
A: To put it bluntly, the fund raising is going really slowly.  There is a lot of passion for the idea, but very little money.  We are in the process of retooling our vision and process.  In the mean time, pray for us, and encourage your congregation's outreach department to consider including the Jubilee Fund as an outreach concern.
